I would like to call on everyone to watch this mind-blowing and intensely creative animated video designed by BLU, street artist from Bologna, Italy. Done on the simple subject of evolution.

'To Wear Out' - in a shop!

This is what my sugar collection looks like displayed in Beyond The Valley, Newburgh Street (off Carnaby St.), London - exclusive sugar-decorated pieces for sale right now.

They are displayed next to jewellery from eco-fashion designer Ada Zanditon; beautiful iridescent pieces made from recycled plastic.

I look for ways of justifying to myself my presence on the jewellery scene – since it is mainly connected to vanity, superficiality and exclusivity; I want to make soulful, intriguing and inclusive work, without decreasing the visual value. Jewellery often appears as fancy, cold status symbols. I would like to see jewellery that lives in sync with its human wearer, as speaking, vivid, personalized objects. Supposedly the ultimate symbol and tool to express our personal identity, could a piece of jewellery be made to come alive and even respond to human dynamics?
